Target: County Agents
Content: This in-service training equips Extension agents with the skills and confidence to lead safe, effective circuit training and chair yoga sessions in community settings. Participants will review exercise fundamentals, learn how to adapt movements for varying abilities, and practice leading engaging, evidence-based workouts. The training emphasizes practical instruction, inclusive modifications, and strategies for implementing Extension Get Fit programming that supports strength, mobility, balance, and overall well-being.
